As an HR Advisor at Transporting Wheels, you will have extensive knowledge of core HR topics and be able to develop and implement HR initiatives that contribute to our organization’s ambitions. Your main tasks include:
- Coaching and developing employees using HR software.
- Function of liaison to management in the areas of absenteeism, employment law and performance reviews.
- Identify challenges within the organization and provide appropriate HR solutions.
- Actively contribute to strengthening our brand as an attractive employer (employer branding).
- Ensuring that new colleagues get a flying start and departing employees say goodbye properly.
- Developing and implementing HR policies.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Responsibility for various HR reports.
- Taking an active role in the internationalization of the organization.

What do you bring?
- Minimum HBO working and thinking level, preferably an HRM degree
- Available for a minimum of 28 hours per week
- Strong personality with a proactive attitude
- Good interpersonal skills
- Results-oriented and hands-on mentality
- Thorough knowledge of core HR topics, such as absenteeism, employment law and performance management
- Familiar with current developments in the HR field
- Experience with international organizational development is a plus
- Furthermore, you are flexible, proactive, results-oriented and have analytical skills
